In North Somerset there is a policy of ‘No Secrets’. If you or someone you know is at risk of abuse, bullying, harassment, physical or sexual violence or mental cruelty we can direct you to someone who can help. Anything you tell us will be treated confidentially and only shared with the appropriate person to help you. If you have any concerns for yourself or anyone else please speak to the tutor or the development worker and ask them to refer you to the safeguarding officer.

Your activity leader will explain the fire drill and evacuation procedure to you at the first session.

All staff and learners must take care not to do anything that might put themselves or others in danger.

Your tutor will ask you to help identify any potential hazards in the activity, the venue or your personal circumstances so that we can help you to be safe.
